1 General Terms

8kbd1 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of our website and related services.

  • Active mobile number and email address
  • Information matching your payment method
  • A strong and confidential password

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to operate multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If your account is hacked or accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

Never share your login details with any third party. 8kbd1 will never ask for your password by phone or message.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

8kbd1's services are for adults aged 21 and above only. Preventing access by minors is one of our top priorities.

3.1 Age Requirement

Anyone wishing to register or use the services must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth at registration will result in the immediate closure of the account and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

3.2 Eligibility Conditions

  • You must be a legally competent individual.
  • The account must be operated in your own name and for your own benefit.
  • Your account must not have been previously closed by 8kbd1.
  • You must not be a professional gamer or any person whose participation creates a conflict of interest.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8kbd1 may request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 8kbd1 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We ensure safe and fast payments through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
  • Deposited funds must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
8kbd1 does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, mobile banking operators may apply their own service charges.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If we suspect a chargeback, fraud, or any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account in question and investigate the transaction.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

8kbd1 offers players various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is provided under specific conditions and becomes withdrawable only after those conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total deposited amount and bonus combined must be wagered 20 times (20x).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • Welcome bonus: wagering requirement is 20 times (deposit + bonus).
  • Each promotion may have its own wagering conditions.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
  • Wagering with bonus funds may be restricted on certain games — see the details of each promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

8kbd1's VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move up each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If a player uses dishonest tactics to take advantage of bonuses, operates multiple accounts, or deliberately attempts to circumvent bonus conditions, the bonuses on the account in question will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on 8kbd1 — slots, cricket betting, live casino, bingo, and others — are governed by specific rules. It is recommended that you read the rules of each game before playing.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. The fairness of this system is regularly verified through third-party auditing.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. These limits are displayed transparently on the platform.

6.3 System Errors

If a technical fault or software issue causes an inconsistency in the outcome of a game, 8kbd1 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the amount wagered.

6.4 Game Service Interruptions

Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. In such situations, automatic refunds will be issued for any bets in progress.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the security and fairness of the platform and the safety of other players:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Money laundering or attempting to clean funds from illegal sources through the platform.
  • Collusion — multiple players combining to harm others.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
  • Attempting to access the platform using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region.
  • Harassing, threatening, or treating other players disrespectfully.
  • Attempting to register or complete KYC verification by providing false information.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Us

8kbd1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicion of fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. Any pending bonus wagering that has not been completed will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

However, in cases where a technical error on the part of 8kbd1 is proven, we will provide fair compensation.
